By night
The Snowcoach Ride from the Telluride Gondola
A heated snowcoach collects dinner guests in Mountain Village at the bottom of Lift 4 and climbs roughly twenty minutes to the restaurant. Alpino Vino calls it the snowcoach; most guests and writers call it a snowcoach. Same vehicle.
There is no ski access after dark and no road, so the snowcoach is the only way in and out for dinner. That is also why dinner is reservation-only — the seats are finite.
